LORE – Lincolnshire Opposes Renewable Eyesores is a local campaign group formed to fight back against the flood of industrial-scale energy projects threatening our county. With over 40 proposed solar farms, Battery Energy Storage Sites (BESS), and the Grimsby to Walpole Pylon Corridor plan looming, Lincolnshire’s precious farmland and rural character are under direct assault.
We stand for food security, countryside protection, and rural communities, not concrete fields of panels, fire-risk battery banks, or towering pylons cutting across the horizon. LORE exists to give local people a powerful voice and to demand sensible, balanced energy solutions that respect both people and the land.
